Return & Exchange

RETURN FOR ITEMS ARRIVED FAULTY/DAMAGED

Complied with the ACCC Consumer guarantee guidelines, we will replace any items that arrive broken or faulty when notified within 7 days of receipt. For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days at support@mizzla.com.au. If the item is still in-stock, we will promptly send a replacement out to you. If the item is out-of-stock, we will discuss with you to find an alternative or issue you a full refund to your original method of payment for the faulty/damaged item.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE DUE TO OTHER REASONS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full store credit or exchange it for another item. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition and original packaging as you received it. 

In addition, we do not accept return/exchange on the following products:

  • Sample items
  • Gift cards

Please note that, we reserve the right to decline unreasonable and excessive returns/exchanges, unless they fall within the ACCC Consumer guarantee.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To return/exchange your item, please send an email to support@mizzla.com.au and we will issue you with a return number and address. Please kindly note that you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs as it is nonrefundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the outcome of our decision.

If your return request is approved, we will issue you a discount code for the same amount so that you can use toward any future purchase. The discount code does not have an expiration date. However it will need to be redeemed all in one transaction.

If you would like to exchange it for another product, we will let you know if the product you would like to exchange for is still in-stock. If the item is in-stock, we will promptly send a replacement out to you. If the item is out-of-stock, we will discuss with you to find an alternative or issue you a gift card for the same amount.
